PE
Our PE days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Please ensure your child has a full P.E kit in school at all times. It is expected that all items are named and kept in a clearly named bag.
Reception also have a Yoga session on a Monday afternoon. Please can you make sure your child is not wearing tights on this day.
Library
Our class visits the library on a Monday. Please make sure books are returned by Thursday so that they can be quarantined for 3 days before reissuing them. If your child does not bring their books back by Thursday, they will not be changed until the following week.
Homework
Reading books need to be returned on Thursday and a new one will be sent home on a Monday. Please spend time sharing the book with your child and sign the home/school log to show your child has shared their book.
Rainbow words will be sent home every Monday.

National Virtual Library
Oak National Academy has launched a new virtual library in partnership with the National Literacy Trust.
The Virtual School Library hosts free reading and writing content from children’s authors such as Dame Jacqueline Wilson, Josh Lacey and Konnie Huq. There is a free-to-access book every week from the platform’s author of the week, alongside exclusive videos and the authors top three recommended reads.
